Use a rhyme dictionary website
If you don’t want to make a purchase, there is a great rhyming dictionary website out there. You can enter a word and then it will show you a complete list of words that scatter with that particular word.
You can choose to find the rhyming word at the end of the word, the rhyme at the end of the word, the rhyme at the beginning of the word, the rhyme at the first syllable of the word, and those double rhymes.
How to use rhyme finder
Here is an exercise you can do that will help you improve your freestyle vocabulary. You want to pick a word and then type that word into the rhyme finder. This will give you back a list of words. You want to spend a minimum of 10 minutes a day for 21-31 days of freestyle using each word on this list. You want to make sure you’re freestyle using these words with your instrument.
At the end of 31 days, you will find that your freestyle vocabulary will be better and you will have new words that you can incorporate into your rhyme and flow.
